2020 Pink Wine

Cinsault and Tibouren* are two old Provençal varieties, particularly well suited to our changèd climatic situation,** collaborating in this instance in the New World to produce a wine of great refinement and unique fragrance - cherries and almond blossom most vividly.

What is particularly seductive about the wine is its texture: raised on its lees for more than nine months, the wine underwent complete malolactic fermentation and was bottled without filtration, imparting a rich and creamy mouthfeel. We believe (somewhat counter-intuitively) the pink wine to be capable of considerable evolution and will repay several years of cellaring.
